Refund Policies for “Live” Classes:

A. One week before course commencement:

  • Should a student drop a course, there will be a 100% refund of course fees. An administration fee of S$20 is chargeable.
  • For course changes (from credit to audit), there will be a refund of the fees difference. An administration fee of S$20 is chargeable.
  • For course changes (from audit to credit), students will have to top up the fee difference.

B. After course commencement:

  • A student has up to the end of the first lesson to inform BGSTRegistrar’s Office via email or telephone that he/ she intends to drop the course in order to qualify for a 100% refund. An administration fee of S$20 is chargeable.
  • Should a student want to change his course from credit to audit, there will be no refund of the course fee difference.
  • Should a student want to upgrade his course from audit to credit, he has up to the last lecture of the course inform the BGST Registrar’s Office via email or telephone of his/ her intention to change his course status and top up the fee difference. Such upgrading, however, is subject to the lecturer’s approval, which should be obtained before the student tops up the fee difference.

Refund Policies for Blended Classes:

  1. Should a student drop a Blended course by indicating such intention via email to the Registrar’s Office or lecturer before his/ her enrolment date, there will be a 100% refund of course fees. An administration fee of S$20 is chargeable.
  2. Upon successful enrolment into a course, there will be no refund for any course cancellation.
  3. Should a student want to upgrade his course from audit to credit, he has up to the last lecture of the course to inform the BGST Registrar’s Office via email or telephone of his/ her intention to change his/her course status and top up the fee difference. Such upgrading, however, is subject to the lecturer’s approval, which should be obtained before the student tops up the fee difference.

Refund Policies for Private Studies course:

  1. Should a student drop a Private Studies course by informing the BGST Registrar’s Office via email or telephone before the enrolment date, there will be a 100% refund of course fees. An administration fee of S$20 is chargeable.
  2. Upon successful enrolment into a course, there will be no refund for any course cancellation.
