FOLLOW THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE APOSTLE PAUL IN HIS FIRST AND SECOND MISSIONARY JOURNEYS IN GREECE AND CYPRUS, WHERE THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS FIRST ARRIVED IN EUROPE.
Walk in some of Paul’s most significant pit-stops like Neapolis, Berea, and Athens. Visit the locations of his important letters to the Philippians, Thessalonians, and Corinthians. Explore sites in Cyprus related to Paul’s First Missionary Journey and Barnabas’ hometown.
We will learn about the Bible, Greco-Roman history and culture, archaeological discoveries, and explore the spiritual practices of the early church.
Along the way we explore the iconic Acropolis of Athens inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, soak in the breathtaking views of the Meteora monasteries perched on huge cliffs; and take an immersive journey of truffle hunting where we will have a day of retreat exploring the theme of God’s provision and creation care.

Anthony Siow
Spiritual Director · Manager, BGST Centre for Spirituality
Anthony Siow is a spiritual director trained in the Ignatian tradition at the Sentir Graduate College of Spiritual Formation (later the Jesuit College of Spirituality) under the University of Divinity in Australia. He is also a certified Giver of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius. He left behind a fulfilling advertising career, channelling his creativity and love for the arts into his ministry, SEE.K, which helps Christians find God in music, dance, drama, film, and other creative ways of encountering God. In this way, Anthony hopes to reclaim those so-called ‘secular’ spaces back for God. Anthony also regularly leads silent retreats in Singapore and overseas.
