We do so by providing flexible, relevant, and quality theological education that draws upon Scripture, Christian tradition, and integrative studies. BGST offers training in a wide range of modes, from online, in-person, hybrid, microlearning to facilitated workshops and spiritual direction sessions.
Summary of Position
BGST is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Executive/ Assistant Manager, Customer Relationships and Operations (ECRO). The ECRO must share the vision and mission of the school. The incumbent’s responsibility is to administer the programmes and provide customer/ student support for BGST’s 4 Centres of Learning: Postgraduate Studies, Christian Leadership, Spiritual Formation, and Equipping and Discipleship (CPS, CCL, CSF and CED).
He/ she will also engage both internal and external stakeholders, such as faculty, students, alumni, associate lecturers, educational partners, and vendors of BGST.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The ECRO will:
- Administer the programmes and courses offered in BGST’s 4 Centres of Learning: Postgraduate Studies, Christian Leadership, Spiritual Formation, and Equipping and Discipleship. This includes coordinating and implementing key academic processes, such as student admission, course registration, classroom management and assignments management.
- Provide customer service support for new and existing students of the 4 centres, such as customer enquiry and academic advising.
- Coordinate and support the marketing of the 4 centres’ programmes and courses.
- Manage and update the student information and learning management systems.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Diploma (preferably in Business and Management):
- With more than 3-years’ experience in administering higher education training;
- With demonstrated competency in administering academic information systems;
- With strong project planning and coordination skills;
- With creative problem-solving skills;
- Who is a good team player and with strong inter-personal and communication skills;
- Able to work well in cross-functional teams and in collaboration with external lecturers, partners and/or vendors.
